Casian Electrical LLP is a London-headquartered electrical and structured cabling contractor working exclusively in critical environments — and mobilising to client sites across Europe.
Our story
Anyone who has run a European data centre programme knows the pattern: an excellent result on one site, an unrecognisable one on the next. Different labour, different labelling, different paperwork, different interpretation of the same specification.
Casian Electrical LLP was formed by people who had delivered enough of those programmes to be tired of it. The idea was straightforward — keep a directly employed core team, take it to the work rather than re-hiring on every site, and hold one quality standard regardless of which country the facility sits in.
That decision shapes everything else about us. It is why our supervisors travel. It is why our method statements, labelling conventions and test regimes are written once and applied everywhere. And it is why a client in Warsaw and a client in Slough receive handover documentation that looks and reads the same.
We are deliberately specialised. We do not chase general commercial fit-out or domestic work. Data centres, comms rooms and critical facilities are the whole of our business, and the depth that comes from that focus is what clients are actually buying.

What we believe
Every contractor claims quality and safety. These are the specific commitments we hold ourselves to, and that clients are welcome to hold us to.
Nobody is asked to work outside a permit, outside their competency, or under programme pressure that compromises isolation. Any operative can stop the job, and that decision is always supported.
Test results, torque records, photographs and inspection sign-offs are produced as the work happens. If we say a link passed, there is a certificate behind it.
Directly employed supervision on every site. Where we supplement with partners, they work to our RAMS, our labelling and our QA sign-off — never to their own.
A problem raised in week two is a conversation. The same problem raised at handover is a claim. We flag drift, clashes and lead-time risk as soon as we see them.
Standards & compliance
Installation follows BS 7671 and IEC 60364 principles, aligned to the national wiring regulations applicable in the country of work. Data centre design intent is referenced against EN 50600 and TIA-942, and cabling is certified to ISO/IEC 11801 and TIA-568 class limits.
Where a national authority requires local verification or a registered installer to sign off, we arrange it as part of the scope rather than leaving it as the client’s problem.

Data centres are unforgiving places to take shortcuts. Our controls are written for the reality of working next to live load, in someone else’s operating facility, often at night.
